1-on-1 skilled, medically- necessary interventions for those recovering from surgery, injuries, or acute or chronic pains. These are medically necessary interventions that must be performed by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.
1-on-1 private fitness sessions build whole-body strength and mobility, teach body awareness, and work toward your specific activity goals. Sessions may include the following:
Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair
Weight Training
or all of the above!
Our 50-minute, small-group exercise class is a 60:40 ratio of weight training (think squats, deadlifts, rows, bicep curls, etc.) to equipment-based Pilates (Pilates reformer and Pilates chair).
This heart-pumping class is circuit-style, alternating intervals of work and rest.
We've tailored the class to be modifiable for various ability-levels, and to challenge all major muscle groups.
While prior knowledge of weight training and Pilates is beneficial, it is not required.
